To Whom It May Concern:

We met James Smith from The Cleaners Consultants at the 2008 Dry Cleaning Laundry & Expo in Atlantic City. What struck our team upon meeting and battering James with questions was his coolness under pressure and his willingness to engage us in debate.

Classic Tuxedo hired Mr. Smith to “tweak” our dry cleaning department, but he did much more. He gave us a frank analysis of our operation; both the plusses and the minuses, with emphasis on the minuses. He also gave us guidelines on proper spotting chemicals and techniques, reasonable production expectations and machine maintenance needs. He gave us his thoughts on our personnel levels and our management approach. James showed where we could save MONEY without hurting quality or productivity.
